- Chinese Cuisine: Studied under Anna Kao, a restaurateur in Fox Chapel.
- Thai Cuisine: Honed her craft in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Thailand.
- French Cuisine: Trained with nine chefs in the Loire Valley and delved into French pastries and desserts in the French Alps.
- Italian Cuisine: Perfected Tuscan dishes with Chef Laura Giusti and Chef Franco, explored Southern Italian cooking and Neapolitan desserts on the Amalfi Coast, and studied Italian culinary arts in Bologna and Parma.
- Mediterranean & Tuscan Cuisine: Attended the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
- Tex-Mex, Cajun-Creole, and Southern Comfort Cuisine: Advanced her skills at the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, Texas.
