Please arrive 10 minutes early as classes start promptly. We have a large parking lot adjacent to our building at the intersection of Penn and Aiken.

Payment and Class Policies:

  • Please call 412-362-0679 to register/ leave a message.
  • Individuals: Pay by debit/credit card over the phone at the time of registration.
  • Corporate and Private Parties: Payment can be made at the event.
  • Gift certificates: Available by calling 412-362-0679

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds once registered for a class. You may send someone in your place.
  • With 72 hours’ notice, you may switch to another class.
  • No consideration for “no shows.”
  • Gift Certificates are always available for purchase but not refundable. If you can’t attend, you may give the certificate to someone else. If you don’t show up for a class, the certificate is no longer valid.
  • If a class is canceled due to insufficient registration (less than 6 people) or inclement weather, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to make menu changes.

We will concentrate on piping skills, a variety of doughs, working with chocolate and pastry cream plus the art of presentation will be emphasized. Pecan crusted chocolate torte with raspberries & chocolate curls Crepe Suzettes Quiche Lorraine with a homemade tart crust With pate au choux dough we will make chocolate eclairs and profiteroles Mille Feuille (Napoleans) made with puff pastry, a filling and seasonal berries then dusted with powdered sugar Water, coffee and tea will be served
