Baking (Yeast Doughs)2:00 pm - 6:00 pm$75.00 ( lunch included): Scones with clotted cream & jam, buttery dinner rolls cinnamon rolls, rum stollen with candied fruit and foccacia. Students will be served scones with jam & clotted cream at the beginning of class and an Italian sandwich on foccacia with butternut squash soup towards the end of class (bring containers to take home goodies!)General
